HOV
On my way home today on the North Freeway (I-45) from the Beltway to Main St exit I saw 11 motorcycles in the HOV lane. HOV stands for High Occupancy Vehicle. One was a police officer, one was right behind a police officer.
I have no idea. I heard before that they were legal but thought it was just motorcyclists trying to defend their stupidity. I guess not. Do they polute less? Again, I have no idea.

SHUT UP cjh!!! I can't believe it! I've seen motorcycles on it before and was so irritated! I wonder why?

Maybe you're supposed to have 2 people on the motorcycle for it to be "legal"....
